I have a rather important query, but as I am sure you're a very busy man i will try and be brief. By a strange coincidence, my neighbour and I have very similar names, I am a Mr. Harold Chechnia and he is a Mr. Horace Chuchnia, this has often led to confusion involving the Royal Mail. The local postman has made a massive number of small errors, which we have forgiven him for, but recently as a result of continued poor attention to detail the postman delivered another of Horace Chuchnia's letter to my house. It was unknowingly opened by my wife, little did she know that it was a surprise card meant for Mrs. Chuchnia, a passionate butterfly lover, and the card was designed to have a plastic imitation of such an insect to be propelled outwards from the card by some sort of system involving many levers and pullies. As a result of this my wife suffered a panic attack and screamed for about half an hour at a pitch of exactly C#, a pitch which she is also very sensitive to, as you can tell this whole ordeal was self-perpetuating, and she has been sent to see a specialist. Would we have a case to sue the postman for his constant incompitance, or Butterfly World Leeds for their inconsiderate card making? Eagerly anticipating your reply, Yours Faithfully Harold Chechnia
