Dear Robin, I asked Jeeves, and he found you! I'm very pleased to see that you are now surfing the Information Super High Way just like me. But am most upset you didn't mention it to me in the shed. Actually, maybe you did... wretched Pennyfeathers! Anyway, moving forwards and upwards. I think you should continue your letter writing odyssey... but.... (wait for it.. here comes the clever bit.....) Via ELECTRIC mail! Just think, you could mail EACH major appliance manufacturer / conglomerate with your inventions, all at once. They'd most surely be impressed by this modern and professional marketing method. Just think of the time and money this will save. It's a sure-fire billy-boy money making hit. Statistically, if you were to mail 30,000 companies with your ideas, at least 500 would be interested, which would mean around one million pounds a year for the both of us (I haven't checked these statistics or figures, but I'm sure they're about right.) Must dash, anyway - the wife's muttering something about Duncan Goodhew.
