I'm a retired cider barrel cooper and in all my years in the West Country, I've never once come across this term. Can you please describe the technique? Timely nods, Mr Getty

I'm led to believe it involves the following. Becoming the head of MI5 (or EN as they're better known, using purple ink only) then retiring and publishing your memoirs. One must be a woman to do this, of course. Happy to have helped. IF

Mr's and Mrs's I beleive you may be mistaken...... Rimming works by associating two words that end in a similar way. There are a vast number of examples of this. In fact a whole nation of people known as poets make a living from using rimming words. Some examples of rimming words include Reach and Teach and Peach and Compass Cross and Loss and Toss and Gretna Green Regards Lutetium Mendeleev http://lutetiummendeleev.blogspot.com/

Apparently, you couldn't do it until you had been evacuated.
